For partners and friends who do not want cookery lessons, the three-day price, including all the meals with wine, is €350 per person. This applies to any guests on a three-day break with meals and wine but no lessons. You can stay longer on a bed and breakfast basis for €40 per person per day sharing a double en suite room. |

In July, August and September 2010 a three-day cookery break costs €486 per person sharing a double en suite room. For partners and friends who do not want cookery classes, the price, including all the meals with wine, is €382 per person. Our daily programme for three-day cookery courses |

DAY 1 Trip to Jerez to buy food in the bustling meat, fish and vegetable market with tapas lunch in the city (€10 per person extra). Unfortunately, this trip is not available on the Mon-Weds cookery course. Instead, guests should arrive at Finca Alta Cocina for a tapas lunch with wine at 1.30pm. Cookery class 5.30-9pm, followed by three-course dinner with wine. DAY 2 Breakfast 9am. Class 10.30am-2pm, followed by lunch with wine. Free afternoon/evening. DAY 3 Breakfast 9am.Class 10.30am-2pm, followed by lunch with wine. Free afternoon. Three-course farewell dinner with wine, cooked by Eva, at 9pm. DAY 4 Breakfast: vacate room by 11am. |
