3-day cookery breaks for €468
All our three-day cookery breaks start on a Thursday. In low season the cost is €468 per person sharing a double en suite room with a choice of a room with a double bed or twin beds. There is no supplement for single occupancy. Each extra day’s bed and breakfast additional to the period of the course costs €40pp

For any partners and friends who want to visit us and enjoy our facilities and this beautiful region without taking part in the cookery lessons during low season, the price of the three-day holiday including all meals with wine is €370.		  
 

Mid season cookery breaks for €508
In mid season the cost is €508 per person sharing a double en suite room with either a double bed or twin beds. Each extra day of bed and breakfast costs €44pp. For non-cooking guests, the cost of the holiday with all the meals with wine is €400. There are no classes in July and August – it’s too hot for long sessions of cooking.

Our daily programme for the three-day cookery course
Kitchen DAY 1 Trip to Jerez on the Thursday to buy food in the bustling meat, fish and vegetable market with tapas lunch in the city centre. Cookery class 5.30-8.30pm. followed by three-course dinner with wine. Guests need to arrive by 11am to get to the market. Bed and breakfast is available on the Wednesday if needed.
DAY 2 Breakfast 9.30-10am. Free morning. Cookery class 5.30-8.30pm. Dinner with a variety of classic tapas with wine and pudding.
DAY 3 Breakfast 9.30-10am. Free morning. Cookery class 5.30-8.30pm. Three-course farewell dinner with paella, wine, pudding – and sherry tasting.
DAY 4 Depart Sunday after breakfast. Vacate room by 11am.
